OUR MISSION

The mission of Rainbow Adult Living Facilities, Inc. since it’s founding in 1981 is to support quality lifestyles for adults with developmental disabilities.  The agency recognizes that persons with disabilities have a right to the same opportunities for fulfillment in their lives as persons without disabilities.  These include the opportunity to increase one’s independence, the opportunity to be productive, and the opportunity to be fully integrated into one’s community.

RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOMES

We operate five Group Homes throughout Portland Oregon; each is inspected and licensed by the State of Oregon. Trained staff are on site 24 hours a day to provide care, guidance and safety.

Five Residents live in each home, where they learn adaptive life skills and are encouraged to pursue their individual interests.
